Planning Workshops

These intensive planning sessions typically run over a single week on consecutive days and prove very popular with participants and managers alike. They are an excellent vehicle for getting participants to interact who would not normally do so and to understand the dependencies that exist between them. These dependencies are otherwise often missed, leading to unnecessary rework with obvious cost and lead-time implications.

A planning week is also the best way to embed Plexus into a project or programme organisation for an initial deployment since it generates momentum and delivers on the job training to participants even as they plan the real-work. Consequently the deployment overhead is more than offset by the short-term benefits of better planning.

Acsian personnel and equipment are provided to meet the client's immediate requirements (in terms of size, complexity of the project and number of particpants) and to develop his capacity to run his own subsequent facilitated workshops.
